As the team continues to grow with the height adjustable desk industry, the young and old, the new and senior members of KAIDI met to share time together. Team cohesiveness is pivotal for ensuring that everyone is united under the same goal and mission.

Starting with a rousing fowling tournament in Grand Rapids, the team was divided in random pairs to compete in a double elimination bracket. Congrats to Senior Leader, Paul Boudro, and his tournament partner, Jared Sutherland, to their incredible comeback from the bottom of the losers bracket and taking the championship win!
Team building can bridge across departments and improve morale. Refreshed, the team is ready to get to work and to make sure their customers win, and keep winning!
