Paul Boudro

As the North American Sales Manager for Height Adjustable Bases at Kaidi LLC, Paul knows how to help your organization increase market share.

He began his journey with Kaidi in April 2017 as he built lasting relationships with customers and sustainable support processes within Kaidi. His experience and technical insights strengthen our team to offer you the unmatched service and support you deserve from a supply-partner. Under Paul’s leadership, our North America technical sales team stands ready to help you engineer high-quality products at the industry’s lowest possible price, so you can grow with confidence.

Paul has an engineering degree and background which allowed him to service the office furniture industry in a wide variety of disciplines. In 2008 he began his career as and product engineer and has since held roles of Project Manager, Quality Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager and Sales/Account Manager. He thrives in equipping others to define and achieve their goals.

In his life outside of the office, Paul is a proud husband to his wife Marcie and Dad to his son Dax. Paul and his family are focused on a healthy lifestyle and can commonly be found in one of their family gyms working out or outside exploring nature.

Seth Guerrin

Seth has a proven history of providing cost-effective solutions to his customers, thanks to his efficient communication, diverse background, and dedicated focus to achieve. He has worked in the office furniture arena since 2007 and held a multitude of roles including Plant Manager, Engineering/Project Management, Quality Assurance, and most recently Sales & Support. Seth approaches his role as a Regional Sales & Account Manager with a very hands-on manner. His passion alone will contribute to progressing and establishing long-lasting partnerships; however, it is thanks to his diverse background that he can offer a wealth of useful knowledge to his customers and ultimately assure satisfaction from start to finish.

Seth is a blessed husband to his wife Abby and proud father of 3 girls, Kira, Tori, and Emma. When Seth is not working, odds are he is on a golf course, or around a body of water. He loves to travel and experience different cultures around the world. Favorite place to travel: Riviera Maya

Mark DeKraker is a West Michigan native who has sold extensively within the corporate furniture industry for the past 14 years. He’s also managed an extensive portfolio of value-added resellers. Mark specializes in listening to his clients’ and prospects’ unique needs, then creatively problem solving to provide solutions that work.

He’s an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, and enters at least one mountain biking race a year. Mark graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Communications and considers himself a “rabid fan” of MSU’s sports programs.

Alex Laspinas

Alex is an experienced sales and marketing professional in the office furniture industry.  He is very knowledgeable selling ergonomic and wellness products.  His experience working with a reputable manufacturer provides insight, intuitiveness, and strong rapport.

Alex and his wife have a 2-year old son and 8-year old daughter. He loves being active, working out, grilling, and eating with his family.  Alex moved California from Chicago and now presides in the Bay Area. He graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a BA in Business and an emphasis in Marketing.  He loves all Chicago sports teams and still relives the “Air Jordan” days and the Superbowl Shuffle.

Jared Sutherland graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. His expertise across multiple industries, motivation and natural knack for problem-solving make him a valuable—and versatile—member of our team.

From technical clarifications to new product development, Jared is enthusiastic about helping clients and providing solutions.

In his spare time he enjoys working on home improvement and hobby projects in his shop, and is an avid skier.

Steven Hartnagel

My name is Steven Hartnagel and I’m very excited to join the Kaidi team as an applications engineer! I look forward to forming relationships with each of you as a co-worker and friend and I’m here to share with you a little bit about myself.

I graduated with a degree in product design and manufacturing from Grand Valley State University and have been working in the height-adjustable base industry for about three years prior to coming on board here at Kaidi. My career vision is to design cutting edge innovative products and to someday lead a team of engineers who share the same vision

Outside of work, my favorite things to do are snowboarding, fishing and golfing – usually with the boys. Nothing gets better than being outdoors, hanging with friends, cracking bad jokes and cold sodas.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

Vu Tran

Vu Tran joins the KAIDI team as the new Marketing Specialist. 

Having graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Graphic Design and Vu is experienced in many different disciplines within marketing, advertising, and design; mostly in digital marketing.

Outside of design, Vu primarily associated with music and cooking. He grew up playing the viola in grade school. Since then, has learned drums and guitar; playing drums in bands and churches. He and his wife have established themselves as the fancy cooking couple among their family and friends. They frequently recipe test and spent considerable amounts of time and effort into cooking. He has recently begun a journey learning the vast world of coffee and espresso; is ready for any fussy or pedantic conversation about espresso machine pressure strategies.
